Terms and Conditions 

Please read our Terms and Conditions when booking a rental, but here are some of the most important points:

Please e-sign the waiver that is included in the Provisional Email. Located at the bottom of the email, it must be completed before rentals are picked up.

​Rentals are at our discretion. When it is rainy weather, we will not send bikes out, in the case that it could damage the trails. Your deposit will be refunded.

Bikes are not permitted at Lift-Service Bike Parks.

​

The Rider is responsible for damages or missing parts to the bicycle. We will do a thorough inspection when the bike is returned and will tack on fees based on the condition.

E-Bikes are not permitted on non-E-Bike trails. It is the rider's responsibility to be aware of local rules and regulations.

Please return our rentals on time. In most cases, we have another booking after yours and need a bit of turnaround time.
